I just installed Rainbow colors and started configuring it. I renamed my custom field to "Status_".
It works perfectly on the issue view. I set the Colorization Location to "Issue Fields" and it looks nice.
I also set "Colorize Issue List" to Yes and, if I search for issues and add the "Status_" column, it works.
However, I use Jira Service Desk. In the queue list, even adding the Status_ Column to the queue, there are no colors. Just plain blank screen. (screenshot attached).
For reference, the "Hold to Ship" status was configured to a pink color. I added issue detailed view screenshot, too.
Anyway, my question is: can this work on service desk?? Is this a bug, or a limitation?
