No issue types are definable if multiple service desk projects are in use
We installed a basic and a "regular" Service Helpdesk Project on one server instance. If we set the issue types for one project to be included in the query, the issue type settings for the other service desk project are removed. Therefore only one service desk project can be used on a server instance.
