Our environment is Jira version 7.2.12 software server. We plan to upgrade to Jira Data Center version 7.3.8 this weekend. We also use Jira Service Desk version 3.2.12.
I would like to know if I can add the "created" Jira issue field to the list of fields displayed for similar issues within an issue.
We have a use case where we would like to add the Jira issue field, "created", to the fields already shown which are Issue Type, Issue Key and Summary to display the date each of the similar issues was created.
