Can not find settings to configure which issue types will be searched
I only see the setting to say that SIF will be disabled for this project or not. There are no options for issue types.
What is wrong? I have installed Version 1.20.0

You can disable global search (default disabled), and customer portal search but the search on the "Create Issue Dialog" and "Similar Issues tab" uses the same resources. It is not possible to disable search on "Create Issue Dialog" and keep "Similar Issues Tab" for current version. But we may add it for next version.
No, we only need the opportunity to see similar issues in a seperate task. (screenshot) It should be a tool for our agents to find solution faster, provided that there is a similar issue.
Our add-on shows similar issues in several places:
Create issue dialog. You don't want that.
Similar issues tab on the issue view. You don't want that.
Global Search. Already disabled by default.
Raise requests form on the service desk customer portal. You only want this one.
Is my understanding correct?
Is there a possibility that SIF only show issues on the Service Desk? We need your addon, to see similiar issues and the way how it could be resolve. We wont see similiar issue by creating a new.
