Issue links in Service Desk Portal points to Jira URL, not to Service Desk Portal URL.

Should point to:
https://support.avoka.com/tickets/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/ASD-14816
The problem is that Service Desk users cannot access the JIRA interface URL. They can only access the SD URLs.
