I would like to know if there is possibility to filter by custom fields in reports and exports?
We use one service desk project for several different software. It is managed by groups, so there are different groups in customer portal for each software.
If someone sends issues via customer portal, we set automatically a hidden a custom field which contains software name and I would like to make reports about this, but I can't find these custom fields.
Only the custom fields you explicitly add to the report are shown on timesheet view, pivot report and excel exports. If you want to see value of a custom field you need to explicitly add them using the dialog which is opened by clicking on the date range. Note that, some custom field are not suitable for displaying on a pivot report, especially the ones with icons, colors or the ones with free text content.
