Service Desk licence required to check logged time

Description

Im not sure, whether that was here from the very beggining, but now in version we have, if you want to check logged time against Service Desk Issue, you have to have Service Desk licence. I pretty sure, this is something new, because I've some users who have done this previously, but know there are not able to do so, becasue of missing licence. I think previously when WLP permission was in Add-on section, not in Project like we have it right now, everything was ok.
Could you please check it and let us know as soon as possible ? I've some very angry PMs on my back because of this
