Customer's email is attached. We have work hours schema and we know how many hours a user should log and even we are showing this on user's timesheet as a tooltip when the user hovers on a cell. Of course due to overtimes or for other reasons a user may want to log more than this amount. May be we may introduce an additional setting, maximum allowed work hours per day in work hours schema.
I am currently evaluating the worklog pro addon for JIRA and wondered if there was a setting where I could limit the hours a user logs on a single day to stop them adding a whole weeks worth of hours to a single ticket at the end of the week.
