hasWorklogAttribute should support finding issues which does not have a given attribute
Description
Hi!
we are switching from Tempo to WLP because of the Worklog Attributes.
Is it possible to Filter an Worklog wildcard or EMPTY value and 0?
As Attribute we set "Invoice" (BOOL)
Now i want to Filter all Worklogs without this Attribute (Worklogs where created before WLP where installed, old Worklogs with Classic JIRA Worklog GUI)
