Enables Jira administrators to configure for which projects subcomponent picker will be enabled. If subcomponent picker is disabled for a project, subcomponent picker will not be visible on issue picker even if you configure subcomponent hierarchy for a project. JQL queries and dashboard gadget will continue to work.
