Time in Status++

This custom field allows you to show how long an issue waited in a specific workflow status. In addition to selecting a specific workflow status like 'Open', 'Resolved' etc. you can also select one of 'Previous Status' or 'Current Status' options to show how long an issue waited in it's previous status or current status, so that when issue transitioned to another status it automatically shows related status of the issue.

An issue may also transition to the same status several times during its lifetime for example it may be 'Waiting for Verification', then it may be 'Reopened' and then it may be 'Waiting for Verification' again. The add-on allows you to specify on of the three different strategy to specify which occurrence of the status will be reported.

• First transition to status: Reports duration for only the first transition to the selected status
• Last transition to status: Reports duration for the last transition to the selected status
• Total of all transitions: Sums up duration for every transition to the selected status
